History:  The Sausalito Cruising Club was founded in 1949. The Club House was obtained in 1955 and has a CF number, making it a vessel.

The Clubhouse Vessel is a WWII ammunition barge tucked inside a larger concrete barge!

The concrete barge bottom was installed in 1984 by sinking it in the Richardson Bay channel and floating the wooden ammunition barge into it, then raising the whole thing. 

Cover charge for music and buffet is $10.
